日本櫻桃 さくらんぼ - 佐藤錦

櫻桃一直被日本人視為高級禮品。日本櫻桃品種繁多,包括有紅秀峰、南陽、月山錦,以及大將錦等。
當中綽號「紅色寶石」的「佐藤錦」最為矜貴,乃果中之極品,由美國金櫻桃以及拿破崙櫻桃混合栽培而成。
「佐藤錦」飽滿有光澤,皮薄汁多,外皮有彈性並呈橙紅色,但吃下去時沒有半點渣,果肉帶微酸,很開胃,餘韻卻帶點甜,令人一試難忘。
