銀杏果 (ぎんなん)

- 銀杏很受日本人的喜愛，從日本古時就被用於觀賞和食用
- 去殼後可煮熟或炒熟了直接食用，或作為茶碗蒸的食材等
- 食感和栗子很是相似，只是會稍帶一點獨有的苦味

『祖父江のぎんなん』は、日本一の銀杏の里稲沢市祖父江町で生産されており、丸型でしかも大粒なのが特徴です。
なかでもこちらはの品種『藤九郎（とうくろう）』は、普通種より大粒でまるみをおびており、通常の銀杏の2倍もの重さがあります。
殻の厚さが逆に薄く表面は滑らかで光沢があり、保存性に富み、ぎんなん特有のほろ苦い風味が楽しめます。

【おいしくお召し上がりいただくために】
・銀杏は生鮮野菜であり、常温で長期保存しますと、殻の中で身が硬く縮んでしまいます。

【ぎんなんの保存方法】
・殻を割らずに黒箱のまま冷蔵庫の野菜室で保管し、お早めにお召し上がりください。
・保存する場合は、殻を割らずに密封できるポリ袋に入れ、冷蔵庫で保存していただくと三ヶ月程度は美味しく召し上がっていただけます。
