而"夏輝"是產自鳥取縣的野生岩蠔, 每年6月解禁開始捕獲, 8月結束漁期
只有外殼長度超過13cm的才有資格冠以"夏輝"之名出售, 岩蠔長至這等大小需要至少4年時間

特徵: 體型大, 肉身肥厚, 海水味濃, 口感奶滑, "海中牛奶"之稱號當之無愧
