山梨縣被譽為日本的「桃之鄉」，是全國水蜜桃產量最多的地方。山梨縣被2300米山脈包圍 ，令山梨縣成為最適合種生果的地方，產出的水蜜桃肉質纖細、飽滿多汁，清爽又香甜，甜度高。

「一宮Premium」是當地農業機構設定的新基準中最高等級，跟大糖領一樣，糖度必須達13以上，色香味俱全，桃味香濃！


每顆水蜜桃都會根據其甜度、外形飽滿度、果實色澤等等評級

一般日本水蜜桃分4個等級，包括特秀、秀、優、良。

大糖嶺/信玄/一宮評級更高於特秀，屬水蜜桃中的最佳品。
