本公司保存溫度: -60度
保存方法: 於家庭用雪櫃冷藏格(-18度)可存放一星期
食用期限: 解涷後請儘快食用

*注意: 若存放在家用雪櫃太久, 解凍後會有變色問題, 如有變色問題則不宜食用


建議解涷方法: 

1. 用清水沖洗走吞拿魚表面的碎屑

2. 將冷凍狀態的吞拿魚浸泡在鹽水中3-5分鐘 
(鹽水: 1升水中加2湯匙鹽, 大約海水的濃度. 鹽水有幫助發色及鎖住味道的作用)

3. 用廚房紙拭乾吞拿魚, 然後再用新的廚房紙包起

4. 放於雪櫃保鮮格(0-4度)慢慢解涷約8小時, 解涷後即可切片食用。
(一般早上解涷晚上可食用, 晚上解涷翌日即可食用) 


*注意: 若解涷時間不足, 切片後會有卷縮的情況
