松葉ガニ. Matsuba Crab

"松葉蟹"是山陰地方(鳥取縣、島根縣以及山口縣北部地區)捕獲的雄性楚蟹的名稱。在日本, 楚蟹會跟據捕獲地點有不同的名稱, 例如福井県的「越前蟹」、石川県的「加能蟹」、「浜坂産松葉蟹」、「香住港松葉蟹」、「津居山蟹」、「柴山蟹」、「間人蟹」等全部都是雄性楚蟹的名稱。

松葉蟹的解禁捕漁期是毎年的1月上旬至3月20日。
