**先開殼去除貝柱, 再將取出的貝柱放回貝殼上. 這樣可以觀察帆立貝燒煮的過程, 方便控制, 不會過熟。


- 用大火燒煮

- 沸騰時, 將貝柱反面

- 當兩側的貝柱從半透明變白色時，撒上調味料，靜置30秒鐘
