山女魚卵，被人稱為「黃金IKURA」

生長在山谷河流中的山女魚，不像三文魚籽般會到海中捕食蝦蟹，因此體內沒有產生紅色素，令魚卵能呈現出原本的金黃色。
口感比三文魚籽爽脆、有彈性，味道亦較為溫和，不喜歡三文魚籽腥味的朋友可嘗試。
