鮮殼付白蝦 (殻付き白エビ)

白蝦被稱為 “富山灣的寶石”。 剛捕上岸時呈淡淡透明的粉紅色，但不久就會變白色。 體長7厘米，比櫻花蝦略大，身體扁平。白蝦是日本富山的特產，每年4月到11月會在富山灣大量被捕獲。 

與櫻花蝦相比，殼和肉更柔軟，具有獨特的質地和甜味。 像櫻花蝦一樣有多種用途，例如將其曬乾、製成清湯、天婦羅、炸物等。
