飼養期間有緊密的健康管理，每隻牛各有一份健康報告
飼料為農場的獨創配方，更會跟據牛隻的身體狀況及生長情況調整配方比例，隻隻不同



藤彩牛牛肉色澤亮麗鮮明，肉質細嫩可口，牛香相較一般和牛加倍濃郁細膩

牛肉與油花的比例恰到好處，形成彷彿紥染般漂亮的霜降紋理，油花比例更達 B.M.S. 標準6級
