How do I thaw/ defrost the product properly?


1. In the refrigerator(0-4°C): 

This is the easiest and safest method to thaw. It takes a longer time (around 10 hours) so you must plan ahead. The advantages of this method are that it’s hands-off and the refrigerator keeps food at a safe temperature. You can thaw our product the day before you cook/eat.

 

2. In cold/running water: 

You can thaw our products in sealed packages in cold water. Sink the products into water and change the water every 30 minutes until the food is defrosted. Or defrost it with running water for 30 mins to 2 hours.

 

 

 

What if the product I want is not available?


If the product is 'out of stock' on our website, you may enter your email on the product page to be notified when the product is back in stock.

How will my order be packed and handled?


Your order will be packed into an insulated delivery bag/ foam box with ice packs depending on the products. The design can maintain the quality and freshness of your order for up to 4 hours.

*Please note that there is still a chance that frozen items begin to thaw during the transit.
