Our company was established in 1992. We are a Japanese gourmet supplier that offers a selection of food products freshly imported from Toyosu Market. We mainly offer a variety of seafood, including both chilled and frozen one. We also offer seasonal vegetables, condiments and snacks. 

We have been catering to a wide range of restaurants in Hong Kong including top grade sushi restaurants and chain stores. And now we are expanding our business towards online to provide home cooks with quality Japanese ingredients and expand your culinary horizon!

QUALITY CONTROL IN JAPAN FISH MARKET

We possess a branch office in Tokyo Japan and we have experienced merchandisers to select best quality and seasonable products from Toyosu market. We deal with Japan markets’ fresh food products through Toyosu market by ordering the night before delivery to ensure the supplies are at their freshest stage. 

COMPLETE COLD STORAGE SYSTEM  

Our warehouse is well-equipped with freezers with different range of temperature to store different products including -68℃ freezer to keep our tuna at their best condition. We also use extra low temperature shipment container to ensure products’ best quality can be kept delivered to you.
