產地: 德島縣里浦

嗚門金時蕃薯外皮呈紫紅色，內裏呈金黃色，含糖量高，加上纖維少、口感佳，吃起來像栗子一樣鬆軟。

除了烤蕃薯， 亦可用來燉菜、天婦羅或製成甜點。

存放的最佳溫度為10-18度，建議儲存在陰暗乾爽處。 切忌冷藏，太冷容易變質。

烤蕃薯的話，建議在烤箱裡慢慢烤20到30分鐘左右。
