日本【岡本】Okamoto Pichit，含水飴與海藻成分的PP薄膜，利用滲透作用的原理選擇性將食材的水份及腥味分子吸收，可濃縮食材的鮮味、延長生鮮類食材的保存、降低耗損。

綠色的高吸收款式適合處理魚刺身、解凍食材、一夜干、肉類等。


產品特點：

  • 適合食材包括：魚刺身、貝類(如帶子)、雞腿肉、豆腐、蔬菜
  • 使用方便，只需用脫水膜包裹食材便可
  • 有效去除魚貝類和肉類中多餘水分或腥臭味
  • 多餘水份吸收後，食材鮮味變得更濃縮 
  • 延長生鮮類食材的保存、降低耗損 
  • 可在冷凍狀態下吸收食材的水份，不破壞食材本身的結構 
  • 水份減少後，食材的醃製或烹煮時間也可大大縮短 * 若食材本身水份較少、或已有鹽醃製，會令食材更乾，那就不太適合使用了
